The new year got off on a promising note with the addition of TaeguTec India's beautiful Bangalore facility. The expansion project is a significant investment and a testimony of TaeguTec’s commitment to its customers.
The beautiful new facility in Bangalore now boasts 4,025 sq. ft. of warehouse space complete with a separate purchasing office.
TaeguTec reduced its carbon footprint by utilizing pipe technology to fuel the new warehouse and glass windows on three sides of the new second floor offices eliminate any need for artificial lighting during the day. The 8,000 sq. ft. second floor will accommodate 55 staff members. With energy conserving light fixtures and power efficient A/Cs that consume a mere one half of the conventional power usage, TaeguTec demonstrates it never lets environmental concerns out of sight. A wholly revamped security kiosk, and a stylish new glass elevator are some other highlights.
On January 21, 2013, Mr. Jacob Harpaz, IMC Group president and CEO inaugurated the sparkling new office in front of a cheerful TaeguTec India workforce. A visibly impressed Mr. Harpaz along with Mr. L. Krishnan, TaeguTec India managing director, marked the event by lighting the traditional brass lamp – a ritual identified with almost all auspicious Indian occasions.
