The largest exhibition of metal-cutting machine tools and manufacturing solutions in South and Southeast Asia witnessed over 900 exhibitors from 24 countries in its 16th year.
The Indian Metal-cutting Machine Tool Exhibition, an initiative of the Indian Machine Tool Manufacturers' Association (IMTMA), serves as a one stop shop for global manufacturing trends and technologies while also connecting all related entities such as manufacturers, users, technocrats, researchers, policy makers and the academia.
For TaeguTec engineers fresh from an inspiring sales conference with TaeguTec India managing director Mr. L. Krishnan and a visit by IMC Group president and CEO Mr. Jacob Harpaz at the newly renovated Bangalore facility, IMTEX 2013 was an encouraging start to the year.
TaeguTec India's tech support, armed with tablet computers ready to demonstrate special capabilities and case studies, had a tough time keeping up with queries. For one, it was hard to miss the TaeguTec stall, given the bold and beautiful GoldRush bags and product info kits going around the exhibition. The newly launched RhinoRush line piqued tremendous interest as did the industry-specific total tooling solution displays.
The week-long showcased much camaraderie, competition and customer interaction. All in all, a hopeful new start to a prosperous and profitable year ahead.
